Is procedure where the patient’s own fat is utilized to enhance the size of her breasts.
This surgery offers two key benefits: first, it shapes a more defined body contour by eliminating exess fat, and second, the extracted fat is strategically injected into the breast tissue to increase volume.
OPERATION
The surgery is performed under general anesthesia. Fat is harvested from areas such as the abdomen and thighs, then purified and processed. Afterward, using syringe and specialized needles, the fat is carefully injected into the breasts in precise pattern.
POST-OPERATIVE PERIOD
Breasts are swollen for 4-5 weeks. The fat finally settles and naturalizes within 3-4 months. Usually up to 50% fat is naturalized.
OPERATIONAL RISK
Breast enhancement with fat transfer, like any surgical procedure, carries potential risks such as reactions to anesthesia, temporary swelling , a feeling of tightness, reduced nipple sensitivity, post-surgical discomfort, and bruising. In rare cases, complications, such as bleeding, infection or excessive scarring may accur.
